Virtual 3D Terrains Examples

E-COM has created many different Terrain Databases (geo-typical, geo-specific), all in correspondence to the customer requirements and simulator types, following:

• Ground military vehicle (tank, BMP) simulators (for shooting and tactical training)
• Driving simulators (Special driving databases – country as urban, incl. traffic generation system)
• Flight simulators (large databases with airports and specific effects; airport lighting, volumetric clouds, etc)
• Close aerial support and forward observing training systems (high resolution up to 20/20 Visual Acuity)
• Small arms simulators (incl. animated personal and possibility of simulated movement)
• Anti-tank and Anti-aircraft simulation systems (effects of guided missile)

All terrain databases can be provided with infrared and thermal versions. Dynamic terrain effects can be implemented in all databases.
